How To Return

Step 1: To return the products, please submit items change requests to customer service or online customer service, our service team will get back to you immediately.

Step 2: You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submit the return/exchange request.

Step 3:  After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from tbmpoy.com for any reason, please contact us within the first 30 days after receiving your product and we'll issue a partial refund upon receiving the items (Usually you can get 80% refund, because you need to pay customs clearance fee for return, which is 20% of your order cost). This applies only to items purchased directly on tbmpoy.com

If the product has no quality problems. The return shipping cost to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer.

To be eligible, please make sure that.

  1. The product is in its original packaging
  2. The product isn't used or damaged
  3. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

We’ll issue the refund to your wallet in a few days if we are not otherwise informed to refund your payment account in advance. A wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Order Cancellation

We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase and the order has not shipped.
You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via support@tbmpoy.com once you decide to cancel the order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@tbmpoy.com

 

Our Exchange Policy

Exchange:

1. If the order has not been shipped, it can be replaced for free.

2. If the order is shipped and the products need to be exchange due to size or color problems (no quality problems) after receiving the products, the customer needs to contact us to purchase the "Shipping Difference" under the guidance of the staff to make up for the freight generated during the replacement process . We will process your exchange request for you within 3 working days after paying the shipping fee.

 

Promotional products are not supported by the return policy
